First proof of purchase (invoice need to be present which was presented from the courier company).
Second the reason for returning the products (defective/didn’t meet the description on the website/ damaged through transportation/received something you didn’t order “wrong shipment”/changed your mind).
In case the product was returned for being defective the product will be checked from our maintenance department and once it confirm that the product is defected the refund process will occur within seven working Days & 22 working days for payments through Visa/MasterCard, however in case the quality check was not successful the product will be returned to you and no refund process will occur.
Third all purchased items that you wish to return need to be in good condition (the product need to be in the same packing condition).
Fourth you can return the product through contracting our customer service on 19311 or though Anasia shop website on www.anasiashop.com, and a courier from the shipping company will contact you in order to arrange for returning the product.
Fifth you can return only a selected item that you have purchased not the whole order, and for free promotional items “gifts” that you have received with the product shall be returned too, and they should be in good conditions as mentioned above, failing to do so the products shall not be returned.
